Boost Census and Streamline Placements Through Web-Based Technology

April 8, 2014, 2:00PM-3:00PM Pacific

This free webinar will discuss how an innovative web-based platform can help Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living communities maintain higher census by getting on the short-list of health system discharge planners for pre-screened placements and increasing visibility to families seeking quality care for their loved ones, while speeding up necessary discharges to other levels of care. Hear how Atria, On Lok, Lytton Gardens and Stanford Hospital among others are using OpenPlacement to improve the success of their placements and referrals. OpenPlacement is a Developing Technology Partner of AgeTech West, a program of LeadingAge California, Oregon and Washington.

Goals/Objectives:

  • Learn about a new web-based platform that can connect Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living to discharge planners, care seekers & care givers
  • See how the system can help boost census and streamline placements by allowing discharge planners and those seeking care to find your services when it matters most – at the point of transition
  • Understand how you can use the platform to increase visibility and stand out among the competition by creating an attractive profile, share images, and create video content
  • Hear how peer aging service organizations and hospitals are using the system today
